I am a highly experienced real estate professional with over 30 years in the industry, specialising in both commercial and residential property. My career began at a young age within the property management sector, then evolving to sales and the purchase of my own real estate agency, laying the foundation for a long-standing commitment to operational excellence, leadership, and industry development.
Throughout my career, I have built, managed, and led high-performing property management and sales teams, with a strong focus on systems, financial control, and delivering exceptional outcomes for landlords, tenants, stakeholders and clients. My extensive experience spans across asset and portfolio management, sales, budgeting and forecasting, lease administration, compliance, and the day-to-day complexities of managing and selling commercial property assets.
After recognising a significant gap in the commercial real estate industry, specific to training, on-going help and assistance for agents not just transitioning from residential into commercial property, but for all professional agents at every stage of their career, I developed and founded Commercial Property Management Training Australia (CPMTA). My vision has always been to deliver structured, real-world training that bridges the gap between theory and practice, ensuring property managers and agents professionals are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to perform at a high level.
I am passionate about raising industry standards through education, with a strong emphasis on contract precision, laws and legislation, ethics, outgoings management, and the financial and operational responsibilities unique to commercial property management.
My training is built on real and personal industry experience, practical application, and a commitment to getting it right the first time.
